We are the Charlotte End-of-the-Week Rotary Club, a group of highly motivated men and women from vocationally diverse backgrounds such as education, manufacturing, engineering, financial services, and information technology. We network with each other and other Rotarians to better serve our communities. We serve the Charlotte, NC community and our current International focus is the Caribbean Region. We are looking for other business professionals who would like to partner with us to make a difference in the world. Rotary clubs are open to people of all cultures and ethnicities and are not affiliated with any political or religious organizations. As a Rotarian, you are welcome in each and every Rotary Club.
Our vision is to be an internationally and vocationally diverse service Club with members who are passionate about making a difference in our local and global communities.
Our mission is to impact the lives of people in our local and international communities by supporting and implementing service projects and programs that focus on their needs primarily in Education and Literacy, Water and Sanitation, Disease Prevention and Treatment, Maternal and Child Health, and other related areas.
Rotarians are leaders in their community. Rotary’s main objective is service — in the community, in the workplace, and around the globe. There are over 150 Rotary Clubs in the Caribbean and we are partnering with them to help them serve their communities. The Charlotte area has about 15 Rotary Clubs with over 1000 Rotarians serving the Charlotte community. There are over 1.2 million Rotarians who make up more than 34,000 Rotary clubs in nearly every country in the world and share a dedication to the ideal of “Service Above Self”.
